Emilee N. C. Donaldson is an associate in the firm's Litigation Section. Emilee's practice focuses on commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, real property litigation, and water management in the oil field. Emilee is licensed in both state and federal courts in Texas and Oklahoma.

A native Texan, Emilee was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and received her undergraduate degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, Emilee was a member and section leader of the Longhorn Band. After graduating from UT, Emilee attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During her tenure at OU Law, Emilee served as assistant managing editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, executive director of the Victim Advocacy Program, a graduate assistant for the Master's in Legal Studies in Oil and Gas law, treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta, and created a non-profit for the Norman Community Dog Park. She also contributed over 220 hours of pro bono hours during her law school career to the community. While in law school, Emilee held clerkships at the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Needham Companies, and Dorchester Minerals.
