Stephanie L. Perry

Stephanie practices in the firm's litigation group, focusing on oil and gas disputes, and is licensed to practice in Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Before joining the firm, Stephanie represented national lenders and mortgage servicers in creditor's rights and default litigation, and defended employers in discrimination and related civil rights actions. As an experienced litigator, Stephanie manages all phases of litigation from investigation and discovery through mediation, summary judgment, trial and appeal.

Originally from Hutchinson, Kansas, Stephanie graduated from Kansas State University and the University of Kansas School of Law. She began her career with the Missouri Attorney General's Office and then spent over 10 years in private practice in Kansas City, where she also served on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and several not-for-profit organizations. Stephanie relocated to Texas in June of 2014 and lives with her husband in Odessa. Although enjoying her new Texas roots, she remains fiercely loyal to her Chiefs, Royals, Wildcats and Jayhawks.
