Rusty Acuña

Rusty Acuña is an associate attorney at the firm. Rusty was born and raised in the North Texas area and spent several years working in the oil and gas industry before obtaining his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Rusty was a prosecutor in the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office where he developed litigation, negotiation, and trial skills. His practice focuses on civil litigation matters involving oil and gas, trusts and estates, and small businesses.
