Rebecca Linehan is a member of the firm's Litigation Section. Her practice focuses on civil litigation matters involving oil and gas, trusts and estates, and small businesses. Rebecca is also Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and manages high-level criminal defense cases for professional clients.
A native to Midland, Rebecca received her B.A. in Economics from Baylor University in 2008 and her law degree from Baylor School of Law in 2011. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011. Rebecca practiced in the Midland County District Attorney's Office from 2011-2021 and is excited to join the firm and continue to serve her community.
Rebecca is committed to giving back to her hometown and the legal profession as a whole. She is the elected Treasurer for the statewide Texas Young Lawyers Association, a member of the Board of Directors for the Museum of the Southwest, the regional director for the Texas High School Mock Trial competition, and the Chair-Elect of Leadership Midland through the Chamber of Commerce.
