Biography
Rebecca Linehan is a litigation shareholder with the firm. Her practice focuses on civil litigation matters involving oil and gas, trusts and estates, and small businesses. Rebecca is also Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and manages high-level criminal defense cases for professional clients.
A native to Midland, Rebecca received her B.A. in Economics from Baylor University in 2008 and her law degree from Baylor School of Law in 2011. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011, and Rebecca practiced in the Midland County District Attorney's Office from 2011-2021 before joining the firm's litigation group.
